All quoted companies

All quoted companies, i.e. Those with a stock or capital market listing, and
other “public interest entities” must follow the German Code of Corporate
Governance issued by the Ministry of Justice. The companies’ compliance, or
any non-compliance, must be publicly disclosed. The fact of the disclosure is
also verified by the auditor.
