The EU-Regulation on Central Securities Depositaries (CSDR)

The EU-Regulation on Central Securities Depositaries (CSDR) is currently under negotiation
in the “trilogue” between the Council of the EU (Council), the European Parliament (EP) and
the European Commission. The CSDR aims at increasing the safety and efficiency of post-
trading services and at harmonising the supervisory rules for CSDs throughout the EU.
